An original Jamaican seasoning, believed to have been invented in the hills of Portland; the home of Jamaican Maroons. The base of Jerk is an intricate blend of pimento and peppers, along with other herbs and spices, combined in a symphony of flavours to make magic on any meat, poultry or seafood. There are two varieties of our jerk seasoning – hot, for the adventurous, and lovers of spice, and mild for those who want the jerk flavour without the heat.

Callaloo, also known as Jamaican Spinach, is a dark green leafy vegetable, popularised as the base of Jamaica’s infamous Pepper Pot Soup. It is also a popular Jamaican breakfast item, steamed and sometimes coupled with boiled and flaked codfish. It is also a popular filling for bread, patty, or as a stuffing for fish, chicken or turkey. Callaloo is rich in iron, calcium, vitamin A and protein.
