3 tbsp Juliana Curry Seasoning
2 tbsp Juliana Mango Chutney
1lb jumbo shrimp
¼ tbsp salt
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 stalk escallion, chopped
1 small carrot, sliced
1 cup water
Add coconut oil, onion, garlic, and escallion. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add 3 tbsp Juliana Curry Seasoning, and ½ cup water.
Add shrimp and stir in.
Add remaining water, cover and cook for 3 mins.

4tbsp Juliana Pawsion Sauce
2lb lobster meat, parboiled
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 small Irish potato
½ a medium bell pepper
A pinch of rosemary
To a heated skillet add coconut oil, onion, sweet pepper, escallion & tomato. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Stir in rosemary.
Add lobster and salt, water, potato and carrots.Simmer for 5 minutes.
3 tbsp of Juliana Mild Jerk Seasoning
2 tbsp of Juliana Pineapple Pepper Sauce
3 lbs chicken parts
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Thoroughly rub Juliana Jerk seasoning on chicken. Set aside for 15 minutes (for spicier flavour, allow chicken to sit longer).
Use coconut oil to grease baking sheet.
Place chicken on baking sheet, and place in oven. Bake at 50 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
