Oven Jerk Chicken with Sweet Pineapple Sauce


3 tbsp of Juliana Mild Jerk Seasoning

2 tbsp of Juliana Pineapple Pepper Sauce

3 lbs chicken parts

1 tbsp of coconut oil


  1. Thoroughly rub Juliana Jerk seasoning on chicken. Set aside for 15 minutes (for spicier flavour, allow chicken to sit longer).

  2. Use coconut oil to grease baking sheet.

  3. Place chicken on baking sheet, and place in oven. Bake at 50 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.

  4. Feel free to add more Juliana Pineapple Pepper Sauce for desired flavour before serving.
