Pawsion Lobster


4tbsp Juliana Pawsion Sauce

2lb lobster meat, parboiled

¼ tbsp salt

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium tomato, chopped

1 stalk escallion, chopped

1 small carrot, sliced

1 small Irish potato

½ a medium bell pepper

A pinch of rosemary

1 cup water


  1. To a heated skillet add coconut oil, onion, sweet pepper, escallion & tomato. Sauté for 2 minutes.

  2. Stir in rosemary.

  3. Add lobster and salt, water, potato and carrots.Simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in Juliana Pawsion Sauce.Add thyme and let simmer for 5 mins.

  5. Serve with your favourite side!.
