Juliana Curry Shrimp


3 tbsp Juliana Curry Seasoning

2 tbsp Juliana Mango Chutney

1lb jumbo shrimp

¼ tbsp salt

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

1 stalk escallion, chopped

1 small carrot, sliced

1 cup water


  1. Add coconut oil, onion, garlic, and escallion. Sauté for 2 minutes.

  2. Add 3 tbsp Juliana Curry Seasoning, and ½ cup water.

  3. Add shrimp and stir in.

  4. Add remaining water, cover and cook for 3 mins.

  5. Add salt, 2tbsp Juliana Mango Chutney and thyme.Cover and cook for 2 mins.

  6. Add Carrots, cover and cook for 2 mins, and remove from heat.

  7. Serve with your favourite side!
